What a sheep!

Could not believe my eyes when I see this picture photographed by Andres Beregovich for National Geographic Your Shot.  He was wandering through Isla Riesco (now where is this place?) when he bumped into this forgotten ranch.  He asked whether he could photograph some of the processes and could not believe the size of this sheep when he first saw it.  He almost couldn't take the picture because he was so impressed by this 140 kg sheep (about 300 lbs)!  - from 10 fascinating photos from around the globe.  Sekali tengok macam seekor beruang besar ...kalau buat korban ni nok boleh muat duo kawoh besar hehe..

Another awesome photo entered in the same category as above...a photo by Graham McGeorge.

As captioned by the photographer, this is an Eastern Screech Owl that likes to take over woodpecker nests that have been dug out over the years in pine trees.  MashaAllah.. a truly awesome camouflage!

Hi IM,
TQ for liking the header. I took this picture of my daughter when we were at Demong Beach Resort, Terengganu last year and it was in the morning dear, somehow the colour changed become dark when I enlarged the picture to fit in the header, you can see rays of sunlight peeping through the clouds, can't beat the real scene though.

It is hard to believe that the animal is a sheep - not a tiger in aheep's skin?

Hello Naniasda, One of my hobbies is portrait photography. Making mature women beautiful thru my camera's lenses.
And my reward? "Gosh! Is that really me"! Ha ha.

Used to be just sceneries as well candid shots. But jelak taking sunrise, sunsets. I have always loved looking, admiring photographs especially from National Geographic...
In a way, I was influenced by Nat Geographic towards this hobby of mine.

And the 2 photos here are really awesome! Fascinating as well the photographer caught the scene at the right moment too.
That owl if one doesn't look carefully might even miss it due the colours. Great shot that!
And I love our autumn. 26 years not one the same.
You have a nice day and simpan satu lagu dalam hati.
Lee.

Hi Lee,
Thank you for dropping by here and yes National Geographic pictures are awesome but your autumn pictures too are lovely and how I wish one day I could see the golden leaves of autumn, but its just wishful thinking.
