Counting 'Wan'.....to 10

My pride and joy at 20 months old can already count one to ten but for all the wrong reasons... his Ummi prompted him to say his whole name (Wan Ahmad Daiyan) and see what happened...

I was speechless the first time, me his grand aunt , saw this video n hear him counting 'wan to ten ' in the right order. Anyway wan and one sounds almost the same for a 20 months old toddler... Hahaha. Keep it up Wan Ahmad Daiyan. I want to hear recite Al fatihah and Al ikhlas soon. I know you can do it. You are a bright child. May you become a tahfiz. Alhamdulillah.

Insha Allah... he is talking a lot now and his vocabulary is increasing daily too. Hopefully he will be like his cousin mazen Irfan who at 5 yrs old can write down from memory Surah Al Fatihah sans mistake et al.. :)

What a long time ago was the time we had your thrill of bringing up toddlers. Grandchildren are not the same. In fact, god willing, it may not be too many years before we hear the cries og g-g-childten! So enjoy all you can with yyour Wan-one.

Taking care of grandchildren is not the same as taking care of our children and most grandparents dotes on their grandchildren and yes we are more patient with our grandchild and it kind of making it up for those long ago years when we yelled and sometimes blew our frustrations on our kids which we should not have done it by the way :(... tq Pakcik Al-Manar for dropping by here...
